Shropshire Tourism members win at the Shropshire Star Tourism & Leisure Awards

The Shropshire Star’s inaugural Tourism & Leisure Awards were held on Monday 18th November 2013 and several Shropshire Tourism members were amongst the big winners.Shropshire Tourism member businesses won in the following categories:
Best Day Out - Carding Mill Valley and the Long Mynd
Best Cafe or Tearoom - Arthur's at Fordhall Organic Farm, near Market Drayton
The Best Posh Nosh - The Hundred House Hotel, near Shifnal
Best Pub Grub - The Huntsman at Little Wenlock
Small Hotel of the Year - The Castle Hotel, Bishop's Castle
Large Hotel of the Year - Premier Inn, Shrewsbury
Bed & Breakfast Accommodation - The Limes, Wellington
Best Self Catering Provider - Coalport Station Holidays
Business Tourism - RAF Museum Cosford
Taste of Shropshire - Hobson's Brewery, Cleobury Mortimer
Small Visitor Attraction - Hawkstone Park & Follies
Other winners on the day included The Buttermarket in Shrewsbury, The Mytton Arms at Habberley, Attingham Park, the RAF Cosford Air Show and an outstanding contribution award to Katie Foster.
